BILL SPARKS
Bill Sparks is the vice president of operations of Atlanta-based J. Christopher's Restaurants, LLC, a collection of 22 casual dining restaurants serving breakfast and lunch based in Atlanta, Georgia. Sparks is responsible for overall Operations to include the opening, training and support of company and franchised locations. Today, the company operates J. Christopher's restaurants in Atlanta, Ga., Savannah, Ga., Macon Ga. and Nashville, Tenn.
A 29 year veteran of the restaurant industry, Sparks has experience in multi-unit responsibility with Rally's Hamburgers and Wendy's Hamburgers. He also held executive positions in the restaurant franchise segment during tenures at Rally's Hamburger's and the RTM Restaurant group. Sparks was most recently vice president of franchise operations at the Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken chain based in Fort Walton, Fla.
A native of Louisville, Ky., Sparks attended college at Murray State University and the University of Louisville. He and his family currently reside in Dallas, Ga.
