Our approach to franchising is very simple, successful franchising is totally built upon successful franchisees. We award franchise Develop Agreements and accept locations based on quality not quantity; not all applicants, but the right applicants, not all sites, but the right sites. We believe Franchisees open restaurants because they are successful and profitable, not because they have a "quota" of restaurants to build based on a development agreement. Our leadership philosophy is based upon the belief that we should direct, not dominate the franchise system and that our Franchise Partners should have a voice and participate in that direction.

Our Concept
- Originate in Atlanta, Georgia in 1996 with a long track record of success
- One daytime shift per day for management team and staff
- Lower food costs than typical casual dining restaurant concept
- Lower investments costs compared to traditional casual dining concepts
- Restaurants range in size from 3,000 to 4,000 sq.ft.
- Overall environment is casual and comfortable
Our Franchise Information
- Franchise fee of $40,000 per restaurant which includes a $10,000 development fee per restaurant commitment
- Royalty of 5% on net sales
- National Ad fund contribution of 1% on net sales
- Local marketing spend of 2% on net sales
