Established in 1996, J. Christopher’s is a cheerful, relaxing neighborhood casual dining restaurant serving an interesting combination of traditional breakfast and lunch favorites mixed with several creative menu items flavored with a “unique” J. Christopher’s touch. From a bright, contemporary atmosphere to the friendly staff, J. Christopher’s offers guests the perfect spot for a pleasant start to their day and a great place to enjoy lunch.
J. Christopher’s, has 20 restaurants located in Atlanta, Savannah, Ga., Tampa, Fla. and Nashville, Tenn. The day-time only concept will begin franchising this summer, targeting growth in cities throughout the Southeast. The restaurant collection has opened four units in 2007 and seven in 2008, and plans to open five more new restaurants in 2008 and 10 in 2009.
J. Christopher’s is owned by Chris Brogdon, founder, Jeff McCann, founder, Dick Holbrook, partner and Sam Haddock, partner. J. Christopher’s management team is one of the most experienced in the industry and includes resident, Dick Holbrook, formerly president at AFC Enterprises, and Chief Operating Officer, am Haddock, formerly a restaurant executive at Rally’s Hamburgers, Popeye’s Fried Chicken and the RTM Restaurant Group and is currently a franchisee of Moe’s Southwest Grill and Donato’s Pizza.
The management team has recently enhanced the menu by adding some unique lunch products, including J. Christopher’s Bistro Salad, Signature Burgers and J’s Classic Club Sandwich, and the J. Martinez gourmet coffee program.

Training Program: Franchisees enroll in a comprehensive 12-week program to train on all aspects of operations, learning from a seasoned leadership team with 125 combined years in foodservice and franchising. Following training, the J. Christopher’s team will support restaurant openings, and once open, dedicated franchise consultants will help restaurant franchisees excel in day-to-day operations to maximize business results.
