Restaurant serves Pumpkin Pancakes, new Turkey Monte Cristo Sandwich and other holiday menu items
Atlanta, Nov. 4, 2008 – J. Christopher's unveils its fall seasonal menu to help customers take a holiday from the every day. J. Christopher's, is serving up six seasonal menu items, including Pumpkin Pancakes, and four new specialty beverages.
As the leaves start to fall, J. Christopher's adds Pumpkin Pancakes, a Gingerbread Waffle, Egg Nog French Toast, Old Fashioned Ham and Eggs, a Turkey Cranberry Monte Cristo Sandwich and Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad to its menu. In addition, guests can choose from four seasonal beverages, including the Peppermint Hot Chocolate, Egg Nog cappuccino, Hot Apple Cider and a Pumpkin Spice Latte.
J. Christopher's Pumpkin Pancakes are the most anticipated item on the menu each year. J. Christopher's tops it's Pumpkin Pancakes with powdered sugar, nutmeg whipped cream and optional pecans.
"We are constantly trying to find flavors that help customers jump into the spirit of the season," said Dick Holbrook, president of J. Christopher's Restaurants. "Our new menu items bring traditions of the holidays to the breakfast and lunch table. Our customers tell us they look forward to this time of year because they know we will feature our holiday menu items."
Lunch time guests might try the Turkey Cranberry Monte Cristo Sandwich, which is a festive sandwich stacked with slices of warm turkey breast, melted Jack & Cheddar cheese, and cranberry mayo served on savory grilled egg bread. This is served with homemade cranberry orange preserves and a side of roasted potatoes.

Breakfast
Egg Nog French Toast – French toast dipped in an Egg Nog & Nutmeg batter, then grilled golden brown and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Gingerbread Waffle - Made the old-fashioned way with molasses, cinnamon, ground ginger and cloves and is topped with whipped cream.
Old Fashioned Ham and Eggs - a thick slice of tender ham steak served with a couple of scrambled eggs, a buttermilk biscuit, homemade cranberry orange preserves and a side of creamy grits.
Pumpkin Pancakes - Pumpkin puree folded into a thick, creamy pancake batter, cooked on the griddle until golden brown and topped with powdered sugar, nutmeg and whipped cream.
