SIZZLIN' SUMMER SPECIALS
It’s summer time and for this promotional window, we do have some returning favorites
in addition to some new items. Returning is the popular Banana Nut Bread French Toast,
Sticky Pig Breakfast along with last summer’s tilapia items – Baja Fish Tacos and a Monterrey
Grilled Fish Sandwich. What’s new to the line-up? How ‘bout Banana Puddin’ Pancakes.
Fluffy vanilla-flavored pancakes with vanilla wafer crumbs, layered with vanilla cream and
fresh bananas, topped off with whipped cream and garnished with more vanilla wafers.
How’s that on the unique wow scale? Add to this, two pulled pork items that include a
Eastern North Carolina vinegar-based pulled pork barbecue sandwich with house-made
cole slaw, and a new benny made with smoked pulled pork. And last, but certainly not least,
house-made quiche of the day. Each day the kitchen will turn out two different quiches from a
selection of Spinach & Feta, Ham & Swiss, San Bernardino [same ingredient as our omelet],
and Four Cheese [Cheddar, Jack, Swiss and American cheeses]. Yum doesn’t even begin
to do justice to this summer offering!
