J. CHRISTOPHER'S OPENS 15TH RESTAURANT IN ATLANTA AREA
New Vinings Location at 1675 Cumberland Parkway
ATLANTA Nov. 28, 2007 – When J. Christopher’s Restaurants LLC unveils its newest restaurant on Wednesday, Nov. 28, the Vinings-Smyrna community will have a fresh new alternative for starting the day right with a great breakfast.
Along with the traditional J. Christopher’s breakfast favorites such as Eggs Benedict and Golden Malted Waffles, the restaurant will feature a new lunch menu, which will mirror the same high quality, adventure and fun of the breakfast menu. Unique soups, salads, sandwiches and signature skillets will highlight the new lunch menu.
“Customers can and should expect great food for lunch at J. Christopher’s,” said Sam Haddock, partner and chief operating officer. “Our new menu will bring our lunch in line with our great breakfast and give customers more reasons to enjoy the bright environment and fun atmosphere of J. Christopher’s.”
This is the first restaurant opening since investors Haddock and Dick Holbrook partnered with the original founders to form the new company, J. Christopher’s Restaurants LLC. The restaurant’s opening adds the final touch to the Ivy Walk shopping center on the corner of Cumberland Parkway and Atlanta Road, Exit 16 off I-285.
The new 2,800-square-foot restaurant seats 90 guests inside and 52 seats on the patio and features the company’s casual dining design, with a bright, contemporary atmosphere and friendly staff.
“In addition to the Vinings opening, J. Christopher’s recently opened its first restaurant in Franklin, Tenn., and has under development four other Atlanta area restaurants in Marietta, Roswell and two in the Midtown area on Northside Drive and Dresden Street,” said Dick Holbrook, president of J. Christopher’s. “The Vinings opening is a particularly important opening for J. Christopher’s because it marks another step in our aggressive growth strategy of expanding the brand throughout markets in the southeast and beyond. This restaurant is at the center of a vibrant, growing community and will serve breakfast, brunch and lunch to nearby businesses and neighborhoods.”
