SAM HADDOCK, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Gregory A. "Sam" Haddock is the President of J. Christopher's Restaurants, LLC, a collection of casual dining restaurants serving breakfast and lunch based in Atlanta, GA. The concept has 22 existing restaurants operating today. The entity will build and operate company-owned restaurants, but the majority of its future growth will come through franchising.
He is the Managing Partner of the Red Hawk Restaurant Group, LLC and Red Hawk Enterprises, which own and operate Moe's Southwest Gill Restaurants.
Haddock has been in the restaurant industry since 1973 and has extensive experience as a franchise owner and restaurant operator in the Rally's Hamburgers, Wendy's Hamburgers, Donatos Pizza and Moe's Southwest Grill systems. He also has extensive franchisor experience serving as Director of Operations for Rally's Hamburgers, Chief Operating Officer for Popeye's Chicken and Biscuits and Chief Operating Officer at the RTM Restaurant Group for the Mrs. Winner's and Lee's Famous Recipe concepts. Haddock was also an Operating Partner and Owner of Carmel Restaurants, a Wendy's Franchise.
Prior to Haddock's experience with franchising and operations, he worked as a Sales Coordinator for Arby's Construction and Equipment Company and as an Area Developer for Big Bagel Holding Company. Haddock also served as an Assistant Manager, Manager, District Manager, Regional Director and Director of Operations for Arby's Roast Beef Restaurants nationally earlier in his career.
Haddock was instrumental in establishing the Moe’s Franchise Advisory Board and headed up both the Popeye’s Franchise Council and Mrs. Winner’s & Lee’s Famous Recipe Franchise Council.
Haddock received his B.A. degree from Wake Forest University in 1973.
